Payment Terms

Next Hits may offer paid services, including but not limited to subscriptions, premium features, content uploads, promotion tools, collaboration services, or marketplace transactions. Access to certain features may require payment of applicable fees.

All prices are displayed on the platform and may be shown in local or foreign currency. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Next Hits reserves the right to change prices, fees, or billing structures at any time. Any changes will not affect payments already completed.

Payments must be made using the payment methods made available on the platform, which may include credit/debit cards, digital wallets, or third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.

Fees for one-time purchases (such as promotions, uploads, or services) are charged immediately at the time of purchase and are non-recurring.

All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise. No refunds will be provided for partially used subscriptions, unused credits, or canceled services after payment has been processed.

If a payment fails or is declined, Next Hits may suspend or restrict access to paid features until payment is successfully completed. Repeated failed payments may result in account limitation or termination.

Next Hits reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to paid services in case of violation of these terms, fraud, or misuse, without obligation to refund any payments made.
