Copyright and Cover Song Policy

1. Purpose and scope

Next Hits FZC LLC supports original unreleased music, creator collaboration and talent discovery. Playback is restricted to registered users; creators choose between registered-user visibility and access limited to individually authorized registered users. This policy is proposed and must be implemented before it is represented as operational.

2. Original works

Only upload original unreleased recordings for which the uploader controls all rights necessary for platform storage and playback.

Co-written songs, producer contributions, beats, samples, performances and recordings made under label/publisher agreements require applicable permissions.

3. Covers and restricted launch

Cover performances are intended solely as showcases, not commercial distribution or licensing. Nevertheless, rights in the underlying composition may require publisher, composer or collecting-society clearance, and backing tracks or samples may create additional rights issues.

Until clearance procedures and applicable licences are verified, disable streaming of covers in both public and private modes.

When cover streaming is introduced, require title, original writers, publishers if known, new recording ownership, all relevant licence documents, territories, duration and permitted uses. Review before publishing and block unsupported uploads.

4. Reporting infringement

Publish a visible copyright reporting channel: fadi@nxthits.com.

Accept notices identifying the complainant, work, allegedly infringing content URL or ID, claimed rights, contact details, and a good-faith explanation. Provide a documented channel for creator responses and counter-evidence.

5. Review and takedown

Promptly restrict access where a credible infringement allegation requires interim action; review supporting information and any response; remove or restore content as appropriate; preserve audit records; and escalate disputes to legal counsel. No blanket guarantee of a fixed legal deadline is made.

6. Repeat infringement and appeals

Maintain a repeat-infringer policy with proportionate warnings, suspension and termination for substantiated repeated violations. Allow a fair review and appeal mechanism while protecting complainants and personal information.

7. Operational controls and records

Implement affirmative licence acceptance, creator-selected visibility controls, access-control testing, audit logs, rights-document storage, complaint ticketing, review decisions, and escalation ownership. Train support staff and designate a compliance owner. Do not describe any control as active until tested and deployed.

8. Territorial and legal review

Restricting playback to registered users, limiting access to individually authorized users, or presenting covers as non-commercial showcase use does not by itself remove copyright or related-rights obligations under applicable law.
