Next Hits gives you permission (a license) to access and use the platform, its website, mobile applications, and related services.

This license is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.

This license allows you to use the platform's features, but does not give you ownership of any software, design, branding, or technology used by Next Hits.

When you upload or share music, audio, video, artwork, or other materials ("User Content") on Next Hits, you keep full ownership of your content.

However, to operate the platform properly, you grant Next Hits permission to store and host your content, stream or make it accessible to other users, display your content on the platform, and use your content for platform-related promotion.

This license is worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and sublicensable. This license is used only to run, maintain, improve, and promote the platform.

You confirm that you own the content you upload or that you have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and approvals from all rights holders involved.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe copyrights, neighboring rights, trademarks, or any other legal rights.

If you collaborate with other users on a track or project, it is your responsibility to agree on ownership percentages, define how rights and revenues are split, and obtain approvals before uploading or distributing content.

Next Hits does not mediate or resolve disputes between collaborators and is not liable for disagreements related to ownership, licensing, or revenue sharing.

Some features, tools, or content on Next Hits may be provided by third parties.

Such content remains owned by the third party and is subject to separate license terms and conditions.

You may not copy or reproduce platform content without permission, modify or reverse-engineer the platform, sell or sublicense platform access or content, or use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

If you violate these Terms, Next Hits may suspend or terminate your account and immediately revoke all licenses granted to you.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will end and you must stop using all licensed materials.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Next Hits and its licensors. This includes all intellectual property rights related to the platform, branding, and technology.
